Enjoy a salad that is full with flavor, mixed with bacon, roasted nuts and mixed greens of your liking. Top off with Parmesan and you have yourself a flavorful side to your meal or small snack for the day!


  • 2 slices bacon
  • Oil and lemon juice dressing
  • 2 tablespoons roasted pine nuts
  • 3 oz mixed greens
  • 2 Tbs shaved Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook bacon until crisp on pan
  2. Onced cooked, let it cool down and then crumble into small pieces
  3. Add the bacon and rest of ingredients into large bowl
  4. Mix salad completely until well dressed.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

(Side note: Add some chicken to make it a full meal!)
