Enjoy a salad that is full with flavor, mixed with bacon, roasted nuts and mixed greens of your liking. Top off with Parmesan and you have yourself a flavorful side to your meal or small snack for the day!
- 2 slices bacon
- Oil and lemon juice dressing
- 2 tablespoons roasted pine nuts
- 3 oz mixed greens
- 2 Tbs shaved Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook bacon until crisp on pan
- Onced cooked, let it cool down and then crumble into small pieces
- Add the bacon and rest of ingredients into large bowl
- Mix salad completely until well dressed.
- Serve and enjoy!
(Side note: Add some chicken to make it a full meal!)
