For really clean teeth without added sugar give this coconut oil and baking soda toothpaste a try. You will love it!
INGREDIENTS
Small Glass Jar
1 Cup Coconut Oil
3 Tbs Baking Soda
Pan of hot water (2 or 3 inches)
Directions
Place about 1/3 of Coconut oil in jar
Add one Tbs Baking Soda
Add another 1/3 Coconut oil
Add one Tbs baking Soda
Ad the rest of the Coconut oil and
1 Tbs Baking Soda
Set jar carefully in hot water being very careful to not get any water in the jar.
As coconut oil melts stir to get throughly combined
To use dip out about 3/4 tsp and use to brush your teeth.
Coconut oil gets hard when cold. In the winter you will need to use drain cleaner occasionally to keep your water pipes open.
