INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb minced ground beef
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • Salt and Pepper (To taste)
  • Confidently Keto Barbecue Sauce

Directions

  1. Mix ingredient with meat (not bbq sauce or cheese yet!)
  2. Wrap the tsp of mozzarella with the meat
  3. Pan fry the meatballs. (Cover with a lid to keep pan heated
  4. Once all cooked, pour bbq sauce on top (Tip: Use toothpicks!)
