This is the simplest of the Mexican sauces I learned during my 2 weeks on the Mexican Rivera – a raw green sauce – just a little spicy,
INGREDIENTS;
1/2 Cup tomatillo
1 green jalapeno, seeds removed
1/2 lime juice
Salt to taste
Directions
All you need to do for this recipe is finely chop all the ingredients – or if you like smooth sauce, blenderize it to your favorite consistency! Good with pork and chicken especially.
This is a ‘raw’ sauce, and has nice fresh taste, if you want a more complex sauce, stay tuned!
